Our aim at Gavin Astor Nursing Home is to deliver a gold star food service – so whether you choose to eat in your own room or join us in the dining room, you can look forward to an enjoyable and satisfying mealtime. Our external caterers are helping us achieve this by providing a varied menu that offers a choice of nourishing, well-prepared and appetising food three times a day. Meals are prepared on-site in our clean and fully equipped kitchen.

Residents enjoy a three-course lunch and three-course supper daily, with a choice of continental or full English breakfast daily. Lunch offers a choice of main course including a vegetarian option. The menu changes daily over a four-week period, and our chefs are always happy to listen to suggestions and to take on board special requests and dietary requirements.
